In the Khammam district, Aswapuram Mandal a OSWI named Putta Rambabu s/o Achanna expired in an accident on dt.16.03.2012 while followed to a colony visit to achieve monthly target of March 2012 Target. He belongs to poor family and he is only earning person of his family and his old parents, kids depended on his salary.

                      Hence we humbly request to the Hon’ble Managing  Director, APSHCL  vide reference cited issue necessary arrangements in  financial way on humanitarian grounds and bowed mercy hand on family members for which we shall be grateful to you forever sir.
