Kind attention is drawn to the subject and reference cited above, we are the Outsourcing Employees working in the corporation since long time with remarkable identity. In this junction we submit that we were participated in the sakala junula samme on directions of TJAC and APSHCL Telangana Employers Association, In mean time recently the government has been issued Go No.82, dt.29.03.2012 for regularizing the leave period and paid salaries.

We further submit that regarding Outsourcing Employees in the GO prescribed that paid salaries on the surety of regular employees for that samme period. The all are Outsourcing Employees belongs to poor families and total families depends on this salaries.

We humbly request the Managing Director, APSHCL, Hyderabad kindly issue necessary instructions to concerned districts for payment of salaries in the period of SAKALA JANULA SAMME for which we shall be very grateful to you s

Ref:- Reprasentations of R Suresh Genera Secretory OS Employees Union and Discussion during PDs’ Conference held on 22.11.2012.

The attention of the Project Directors (Housing) in the State is drawn to the subject and reference cited. During the PDs’ Conference held on 22.11.2012, a proposal was made to provide Cell Phone Sim Cards to all Work Inspectors of the Housing Corporation, in order to monitor for achieving targets under Housing Programme up to April 2013.

After careful consideration of the proposal, it was decided to pay Cell Phone charges @Rs.150/- per month for all WIs(Housing) including W.Is engaged on outsourcing basis.

Therefore, the following instructions are issued for implementation:

For the W.Is of APSHCL (regular, minimum wages or on daily wages), an amount of Rs.150/- per month may be paid along with salary on monthly basis.Regarding W.Is on Outsourcing basis, an amount of Rs.150/- per month may be paid through Outsourcing agency separately, not include in gross salary.

All the W.Is both regular and outsource shall furnish their Cell Phone numbers to the concerned AE, Dy.E.E., E.Es, PDs office for record.The W.Is should receive and respond to the calls received from their higher officials, public representatives and other public.The Cell Phone should be kept always in “on Mode”.

These orders will be effective from 01.02.2013 to 30.04.2013. After 30.04.2013, the matter will be reviewed whether to continue the facility for further period.

In the Khammam district, Aswapuram Mandal a OSWI named Putta Rambabu s/o Achanna expired in an accident on dt.16.03.2012 while followed to a colony visit to achieve monthly target of March 2012 Target. He belongs to poor family and he is only earning person of his family and his old parents, kids depended on his salary.

Hence we humbly request to the Hon’ble Managing Director, APSHCL vide reference cited issue necessary arrangements in financial way on humanitarian grounds and bowed mercy hand on family members for which we shall be grateful to you forever sir.

We submit that in our corporation total (4500) Out Sourcing personnel includes MICs/AAEs, WIs, IT Managers, DEOs, Godown Watchmans and Attenders from last (6) years with utmost satisfaction of superior officers. We are facing the certain problems from starting onwards and same brought into your view so many times. Hence our association is requesting to kindly solve the following grievances:
1) We humbly request the Hon’ble Managing Director kindly enhance the our salaries keeping in view of the cost of living and same will pay through the Housing corporation and not by the agencies. Note : B.Tech, Diplama, ITI, CT, Wi (T)-7100,wi(NT )-6200 Deo-7100 our room rent 1500/- moter cycle petrol 3000/- cell phone bill -500/- remaining balance 2000 /- how to etc.

2) We request you to kindly arrenge Traweling Allowance for field staff one wi one day 4 to 6 colonies visited 80 to 100 km jurny and he came to mandal mpdo office to sub div office because now a days all traveling charges are so high.
3) We submit that kindly provide a “CUG” sim that means group sim with attachment to AEs/Dy.EEs group for smooth running of housing programme and avoidance of unnecessary mobile expenditure.

4) We request you to kindly filled up the vacant posts of Work Inspector/AE/ typist/junior -,senior Asst, godown watch mens attenders etc ….. in the corporation with the Outsourcing persons since all of the
candidates are hard working, qualified and also age bared persons.

5) Some of the districts are not opened the EPF accounts and not maintaining EPF accounts
properly. Hence we request to kindly instruct the concerned officers to open EPF accounts and
settle all the amounts which are deducted already for all the Out Sourcing employees in all the districts.

6)Kindly sanction medical reimbursement to the OS employees those who are met with accident during duty period and other major deceases since we are the low salary paid employees.

7) Salaries paid through the Housing corporation and not by the agencies and also release the salaries before 2nd of every month

8) Issue of Identity Cards to the all the outsourcing personnel and also recognize the all the out sourcing personnel on par with the corporation employees
9) Implementation of Human Resource Policy like NREGS,IKP, Turisam etc …We further submit that most of the Out Sourcing persons are suffering financial problems with the low paid salaries. It is very difficult to look after families and children education etc.,

Hence we request you kindly consider our genuine grievances on humanitarian grounds for which act of kindness and we shall forever grateful to you sir.
