Kind attention is invited to the subject and references cited above, wherein while approving the proposed enhancement of wages to outsourcing staff it was suggested that the expenditure should be minimized by rationalizing the Number of staff members.

We submit that there is huge pendency of NS houses in the various mandals and recently the Government sanctioned GO.171 houses in large number in various mandals and the government also followed the programme Rachabanda in villages and took applications for sanction of houses. For sanction of Rachabanda applications WIs are toured in the villages for enquiry of genuine cases because it was very huge number of applications. At the same time DEOs/Acct.Assts have huge office work like PROs Reconciliation and VO Reconciliation other OFMS work load and at the same time online entry of Rachabanda applications.

In view of the above we humbly request to the Hon’ble Special Chief Secretary to the Govt. to kindly above lines taking for your kind consideration and issue an order to stop the rationalization of Outsourcing staff for which act of kindness and we shall forever grateful to you sir.

We submit that in our corporation total (4500) OutSourcing includes MICs, WIs, DEOs, DPOs, Godown Watchmans and Attenders from last (5) years with utmost satisfaction of superior officers . we are facing the certain problems. Hence our association is requesting to kindly solve the following grievances:

1) Salaries paid through the Housing corporation and not by the agencies and also release the salaries before 4th of every month.

2) In the vacant posts (2080) of the corporation it
is to be considered Outsourcing staff because most of the candidates are qualified and age bar persons.

3) Implementation of Human Resource Policy.

4) Some of the districts not open the EPF accounts and not maintaining properly. Hence we request to kindly instruct the concerned officers to open EPF accounts for all the OS employees in all the districts.

5) In some of the districts Income Tax amount deducted from my salaries. In this juncture there is no Tax livable because we all are under the Rs.180000/-.

6) Issue of Identity Cards to the all the outsourcing personnel and also recognize the all the out sourcing personnel on par with the corporation employees.

7) Kindly sanction medical reimbursement to the OS employees those who are met with accident during duty period.

We request you kindly solve our genuine grievances on humanitarian grounds for which act of kindness and we shall forever grateful to you sir.

I submit that my son named Late Sri Kethavath Kishan s/o Hanmya working as Work Inspector (OS) in Marpally mandal of Vikarabad division, met with accident on dt.07.03.2012. While returning to sub-division office after verification of Housing colony and died instantaneously.

He is the only earning member and with his demise, we have become helpless as there is no other earning member in the family.

In the circumstances submitted above, I request the Project Director, APSHCL, Ranga Reddy district to kindly provide Ex-gratia as my son met with accident and expired while on duty on sympathetic grounds.

We submit that in our corporation total (4500) Out Sourcing includes MICs, WIs, DEOs, DPOs, Godown Watchmans and Attenders from last (5) years with utmost satisfaction of superior officers. The Government in the reference 1st cited have enhanced the remuneration to the personnel working on various categories of outsourcing/contract basis. We came to know that the corporation has implementing the enhancement of the remuneration to the categories mentioned at Para-5 of the said GO. The MICs and OSWIs working in the corporation are facing financial difficulties with the meager remuneration. The Govt. have ordered that in respect of categories other than those mentioned above, the remuneration shall be fixed not exceeding the minimum of the time scale attached to the equivalent category of the relevant post in the Revised Scale of Pay-2010.The other corporations have also enhanced the remuneration to the all categories of personnel working in their departments.

In view of the above we humbly request to the Hon’ble Principal Secretary to the Govt. to kindly fix the remuneration as per Para-6 of the said GO i.e., not exceeding the minimum of the time scale to the MICs and OSWIs working in the corporation on par with the other categories for which act of kindness and we shall forever grateful to you sir.

Kind attention is drawn to the subject and reference cited above, we are the Outsourcing Employees working in the corporation since long time with remarkable identity. In this junction we submit that we were participated in the sakala junula samme on directions of TJAC and APSHCL Telangana Employers Association, In mean time recently the government has been issued Go No.82, dt.29.03.2012 for regularizing the leave period and paid salaries.

We further submit that regarding Outsourcing Employees in the GO prescribed that paid salaries on the surety of regular employees for that samme period. The all are Outsourcing Employees belongs to poor families and total families depends on this salaries
