We submit that in our corporation total (4500) Out Sourcing personnel includes MICs/AAEs, WIs, IT Managers, DEOs, Godown Watchmans and Attenders from last (6) years with utmost satisfaction of superior officers. We are facing the certain problems from starting onwards and same brought in your view so many times. Buy no solution taken by any MD, APSHCL. So, hence our association is requesting to solve some grievances with kind consideration. The grievances are as follows:
We submit that now a days cost of living is very high. But our salaries is not enhanced proportionate to cost of living. Every Work Inspector average daily toured 4 to 6 colonies (70 to 100) kms in his mandal jurisdiction and every day should attend to sub-division office. Minimum Rs.100/- has been expended for petrol daily and expended mobile bill at least Rs.300 to 400 per month and at the same time every Work Inspector married and having minimum (2) children and other dependent parents. So family burden is also very high. In this junction we are facing many financial problems. In calculation Petrol Expenditure Rs.3000+Room Rent Rs.1500+Mobile Bill Rs.500= Total expenditure is Rs.5000/-. With remaining amount of Rs.2000/- how we will sustain with this least amount?
Keeping in view of the above some grievances put before for your kind consideration sir.
1)Enhance our salaries keeping in view of the cost of living and same will pay through the Housing corporation and not by the agencies.
2)We request you to kindly arrange Travelling Allowance for field staff with proportionate to travelling charges.
3)We submit that kindly provide a “CUG” sim that means group sim with attachment to AEs/Dy.EEs group for smooth running of housing programme and avoidance of unnecessary mobile expenditure.
4) We request you to kindly filled up the vacant
Posts of Work Inspector/ AE/ Typist/Junior/
Senior Asst, godown watch mans and Attenders
etc., in the corporation with the Outsourcing
persons since all of the candidates are hard
working, qualified and also age bared persons.
5) Some of the districts are not opened the EPF
accounts and not maintaining EPF accounts
properly. Hence we request to kindly instruct the
concerned officers to open EPF accounts and
settle all the amounts which are deducted
already for all the Out Sourcing employees in all
the districts.
6) Kindly sanction medical reimbursement to the OS employees those who are met with accident during duty period and other major deceases since we are the low salary paid employees.
7)Issue of Identity Cards to the all the outsourcing personnel and also recognize the all the out sourcing personnel on par with the corporation employees
8)Implementation of Human Resource Policy like NREGS,IKP, Tourism etc …
9)We further submit that most of the Out Sourcing persons are suffering financial problems with the low paid salaries. It is very difficult to look after families and children education etc.,
Hence we request you kindly consider our genuine grievances on humanitarian grounds for which act of kindness and we shall forever grateful to you sir.
