remuneration on par with the other OSWIs – Req – Reg.

We submit that in our corporation total (4500) Out Sourcing includes MICs, WIs, DEOs, DPOs, Godown Watchmans and Attenders from last (5) years with utmost satisfaction of superior officers. The Government in the reference 1st cited have enhanced the remuneration to the personnel working on various categories of outsourcing/contract basis. We came to know that the corporation has implementing the enhancement of the remuneration to the categories mentioned at Para-5 of the said GO. The MICs and OSWIs working in the corporation are facing financial difficulties with the meager remuneration. The Govt. have ordered that in respect of categories other than those mentioned above, the remuneration shall be fixed not exceeding the minimum of the time scale attached to the equivalent category of the relevant post in the Revised Scale of Pay-2010.The other corporations have also enhanced the remuneration to the all categories of personnel working in their departments.
In view of the above we humbly request to the Hon’ble Principal Secretary to the Govt. to kindly fix the remuneration as per Para-6 of the said GO i.e., not exceeding the minimum of the time scale to the MICs and OSWIs working in the corporation on par with the other categories for which act of kindness and we shall forever grateful to you sir.
